Ooo, what’s that?

So you’ve read about Spunk Hybrid, and Spunk Pink. How’s about a pure silicone, body safe, paraben free version? Spunk’s got one of those, too, and it’s aptly named Spunk Pure Silicone.

What’d it come in?

It came in discreet packaging and the bottles were sealed. The bottle is recyclable like the other Spunk products. But again…no pump top. I want pump tops!

Edited to add: I’ve since spoken with the manufacturer about the pump top situation. He says he tested this lube with tons, and TONS of pump tops, and with every single one, it leaked. No pump tops, then! Leaky lube is no good. Either way, the top on this one isn’t bad. It doesn’t leak, and it’s easy to gauge how much or how little your putting in your hands. Read more…

Product Review: Toyfluid by Fun Factory

August 20th, 2010 Comments off

41978Ooo, what’s that?

I’ve been babbling about it for… weeks? Months? It’s Fun Factory’s Toyfluid, and it’s my all time fave.

I know… I know… A lot of my most recent purchases have been my all time faves.  But here’s the thing… I’ve been buying really quality products lately! And you can, too, if you use coupon code “D24” for 15% off your entire purchase!

What’d it come in?

Toyfluid comes in that nifty silver bottle you see to the right, there.  Mine, however, instead of having “Love yourself!” up the side of the bottle, has it written on the bottom of the red and tan label, complete with ingredients, and pictures of the LAYAspot, Delight, Smart Balls, and what appears to be Heartbreaker II, though I could be wrong.  It’s one of their various g-spot vibes, at any rate.

Product Review: Babeland Body Essentials Kit by Babeland Toys

October 24th, 2009 Comments off

BabelandBodyEssentialsPleasureWe’re growing ever more addicted to massage oils and massages.  Between the scents we’ve tried and watching M visibly relax into the mattress, it’s become something I adore even as my hands begin to ache with the effort.  So when Babeland Toys offered the Babeland Body Essentials Kit in Pleasure for review, I ignored all the other options.  We are, after all, still on the hunt for the perfect massage oil.

I was a ball of excitement when the UPS guy finally dropped it off.  And then I left it sitting on the dresser for… a week? At least.

When I opened Pleasure’s clear blue plastic case, I got a little worried.  Her Lickable Oil and BabeLicious are both Mojito Peppermint.  M isn’t much of a mint fan.

A proper mojito, for those not in the know, is made with lime juice, mint leaves, pure cane sugar, good rum and a dash of soda water.  They’re often garnished with a piece of sugar cane and a sprig of mint leaves.  They go down easy, quench your thirst and give you a warm, comfy buzz, without leaving you feeling icky in the morning.  And they happen to be my favorite drink to relax with.  Read more…

Product Review: Lust for Love Edible Massage Oil by Lust Cosmetics

September 20th, 2009 Comments off

lustmassageoilflavorsRemember a while back when I won that giveaway held by DominaDoll and Lust Cosmetics? I still haven’t gotten around to trying the product again so I can review it.  I’m going to have to do that soon.

But! Lust Cosmetics sent me some of their other products to try.  Among them are three of the four flavors they carry of Lust for Love Edible Massage Oil.  They sent me Wanton Watermelon, Hot Caramel Craving and Creamcicle (It also comes in Cherried Treasure).  And oh. my. god, do they taste good.

Can I just say that again before I dive into my review? They taste phenomenal.

Lust for Love Edible Massage Oil comes in a white and silver 1.01oz (30ml) bottle sporting a label matching the flavor (green for watermelon, orange for creamcicle and a creamy beige for caramel) with the company’s pretty lady in red lingerie.  It has a pump top that dispenses the perfect amount in three quick pumps, which is so much less wasteful and easier to use than the pour top on other brands.  The pump is protected by a clear snap-on top (think mousse lid) and it was all wrapped up in shrink wrap with a perforated strip for shipping.

It’s not actually an oil.  On the label, the ingredients are listed as: Read more…

Product Review: Sliquid H2O by Sliquid LLC

September 11th, 2009 Comments off

L-SLIQH20_1_dtI shy away from serious anal play for two reasons:

  1. It’s embarrassing when it’s messy.
  2. Shoving a giant rubber plug in a too small hole with no lube leaves said too small hole out of commission forever.

We have never owned lube.  Ever.

Sure, the occasional toy comes with a sample of Astroglide, but, more often than not, we just threw them out.  I’m twenty-nine years old! Why do I need lube?

Anal play.  Desperately need lube for anal play.  I have never owned a water-based, non-shitty lube before.  No, really.

So after I tried Sliquid Splash, I asked M if I could purchase Sliquid H2O.

It’s slick and long lasting.  Paraben and glycerine free.  And washes off with no trouble.
