Product Review: Brigit by Shots Media

My new lover, Brigit, offered to me by Babeland Toys, showed up in the hands of a handsome, burly UPS man, so I tried not to wrinkle my nose too much at the crumpled box.  You know I was ripping the tape off as I climbed the stairs, right?

There she was in a plastic sleeve inside a pretty black and silver box (lacking naked ladies) that would have been infinitely prettier had the UPS man not crumpled it.  There’s this magnetic flap thing on the back of the box.  I’m really not sure what that’s for.  But it describes Brigit in four different languages, including English.  Inside the box, besides Brigit, was a user manual (in English, French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Russian, Polish and Italian) and two AA batteries.

Brigit is a lot of firsts for me.  She’s my first toy by Shots Media.  She’s my first silicone vibrator.  And she’s my first experiment with pulsation variables.

Brigit has about seven usable inches and is about two inches in diameter.  She’s purple and made of hypoallergenic, phthalate-free, hospital grade silicone.  She has a soft matte finish and mermaid scales on the bottom of the shaft.  She is a dense, but flexible, vibrator with three speeds and ten pulsation variables all controlled by a button on the bottom.  A single push of the button cycles to the next variable and holding the button down turns the toy off.  Read more…
