Ooo, what’s that?

That? That’s just the brand new, hot off the presses, limited edition (for the holidays) Heart Wedge by Liberator.  Yes.  I said “brand new” and “limited edition”.  Yes, I’ve already got one.  Well, la-di-da, aren’t I just special? Pretty much.  (Kidding!)

So I get this email saying they’ve got this stupendous new idea, and it’s in production, and do I think I have time to review it.  And I say, of course, absolutely I have time to review it! Brand new? Hot off the presses? And Liberator wants me to be one of the first to have it?! You’re damn right, I have time! And the first thing M and I did was do a shoot with it.  But naturally, I didn’t think to make Him take all the pics I needed for this review, so I had to do that myself.

Yes, that’s my cat in the background.  She’s been acting pretty crazy today.  The few photos I managed to get without her in them somehow were a minor miracle.  Especially when I laid down that yellow sleeping bag.  Read more…

30 Days of Kink: You’re a What? by Dweaver

November 8th, 2010 1 comment

Rayne’s been bugging everyone for a guest post defining their kinky selves for the writing project Thirty Days of Kink. Next up, one of our own, Dweaver, who writes erotica.

From Dweaver’s Bio: I’m a 50ish college math teacher who started writing erotica (including BDSM) three years ago. I’ve had an interest in D/s erotica for decades, but developed the desires for BDSM play only recently. In fact, my earlier stories were written before I’d had any real experience at all (both with sex itself, as well as BDSM), something many have expressed surprise over.

Defining my kinky self was supposed to be easy. Five years ago, I was sure I was vanilla. Three years ago, I knew just who and what I was, in terms of kink. I knew what I would enjoy, what would get me off, what made me tick.  Today, none of what I knew is true. What is true today, may well not be in two more years. I wonder sometimes if anyone is truly qualified to say who or what they, themselves are.  Read more…

Isn't she beautiful? ~swoon~

Rayne’s been bugging everyone for a guest post defining their kinky selves for the writing project Thirty Days of Kink. Next up, 3 runs a small leather business called Nightmare Hides. Her stuff is pretty spectacular, so if you’re looking for some new leather, you should totally check her out.  One day, our budget will open up, and then I’m totally giving her my business.

Three’s Bio: Hi I’m 3, a 32-year-old artist and leatherworker. I’m a hedonistic, creative, and outspoken Aquarian, open to all the pleasure life has to offer. Having been in a D/s relationship for over 4 years now, I’ve never been happier!

Dom, sub, switch? What parts of BDSM interest you? Give us an interesting in-depth definition of what that means to you. Basically define your kinky self for us.

Switch/slave. I’m definitely not your garden-variety kinkster! People tell me almost every day, that a Switch can’t be a slave, etc. etc. I say Bullshit! I am a switch, have been a slave for 4 years, and I’m happier than I’ve ever been before in my life.

I submit to one man . . .my husband and Owner, Grendel. He is the only person that I trust more than myself. To me, trust is the foundation of a good Owner/slave relationship.  Read more…

30 Days of Kink: Define Your Kinky Self by Rockin’

Rayne’s been bugging everyone for a guest post defining their kinky selves for the writing project Thirty Days of Kink. Next up, Rockin’ with a Cock In from Light Switch.

From Rockin’s Twitter bio: Sexual. Corporeal. Emotional. Writer of Light Switch. Reviewer. Lover.

Day 1: Dom, sub, switch? What parts of BDSM interest you? Give us an interesting in-depth definition of what that means to you. Define your kinky self for us.

I identify as a switch, sadist, and masochist. I haven’t been comfortable with these identities for that long, so it feels a little strange just putting them all out there for you to read. Perhaps some background would help. Let me take you back to when I first learned about BDSM, which was in high school.  Read more…
